RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

Great care is taken to pack each item carefully and is packed with lot of love. It would break my heart if you have received a damaged item. But if you did, then please contact me immediately within 24 hours of the item received. If I am not contacted within 24 hours, the order will be considered as received in good condition.

 

I work very hard to make sure that each art work I create is well made and well packed so that my dear customers are completely happy with them. I hope that you are happy with your purchase but for some reason the product that you have received is not as you have expected, then please contact me before placing return requests. I will work with you to make it right as much as I possibly can so that have a pleasant shopping experience.

 

•  Returns are accepted Only if they are returned within 7 working days after you have received your order. Refunds can not be issued after this period.

 

• The returns will be accepted only if the products are in its original condition, unworn and undamaged. 

 

• The amount of the product excluding the return shipping will be refunded within 5-7 business days after I have received the item.

 

• If the items are damaged or lost when they are being returned, then the buyer will be responsible for the damage or losses incurred. Then a refund may not be possible.

 

• The buyer should file a claim with the logistic company to recover the cost of damage or loss. Return shipping and their replacements are customer's responsibility.

 

Great care is taken to ensure that all items listed are described and photographed as accurately as possible to show the intricate details of the piece. Please ensure you read the listing descriptions well, for dimensions and colors. Please do keep in mind that the colors shown may slightly vary due to the natural and the difference in screen light. I cannot guarantee a perfect color match. As these are handmade products, they can’t be made perfectly symmetrical and very identical. Unlike the machine made, handmade items do have imperfections and this is what makes handmade products very beautiful and unique just like our lives.

 

• Returns cannot be accepted if the reason for return are dimensions or colors. Hence please read the description carefully before purchasing.
• Returns also can not be accepted if the package did not arrive on a certain date. As this is out of my control. Please read shipping details for more information.

Life of Polymer Clay : 

 

Like glass and other clay materials, the hardened polymer jewelry may face damage when it falls down or when pressure is put against them, as the minute details are delicate.

 

Polymer clay jewelry can last long if it is handled carefully. Though each jewelry is waterproofed, it is still advisable to be keep it away from wet or moist places. If it has be to cleaned, a dry paper napkin or a damp cloth can be used to gently wipe off the dust/stains.

To avoid any damage, it is best to store it in a box separately from other jewelry. Make sure you do not bring the polymer jewelry in contact with chemicals, perfumes and heat.

 

 Life of Quilled Jewelry: 

 

They are crafted to have a long shelf life. These jewelry are made strong and sturdy with special glue adhesion. They are water proofed. 

Though these jewelry are waterproofed,  I still suggest you NOT to wear them in the rain/while swimming/bring them in contact with water.

 

It is best to store these jewelry in a dry place and not in moist or damp places. If it has be to cleaned, a dry paper napkin or a damp cloth can be used to gently wipe off the dust/stains. To avoid any damage, it is best to store it in a box separately from other jewelry. Make sure you do not bring the quilled jewelry in contact with chemicals, perfumes and heat.

 

SHIPPING DETAILS
 

• Most orders are shipped within 5-7 business days upon receipt of payment.
• Custom orders can take longer depending on the kind of order and complexity of art involved.
• Jewelry will be shipped in a gift-box with fillers to ensure the product is delivered intact.
•  All shipments will include paper Invoice.
•  For international orders there will be an additional invoice on the packaging to facilitate customs checks.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (U.S)

 

• All the products below 16 oz are shipped via USPS first class with a tracking number. The products usually are delivered between 3-7 days depending on your location.
• Items above 16 oz are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking number included and this will be delivered between 2-5 days depending on your location.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS.
 

• All the products are shipped via USPS First Class International Package Service.
• Delivery typically takes about 2-6 weeks depending on the destination country
• Actual transit times may vary.
• An import duty and/or tax and a handling fee for international purchase may be levied by customs in your country. This depends on the customs rules in your country.
•  Customs forms will be labeled as "Merchandise" with actual cost to comply with International laws

• I am not responsible for any lost packages as it is beyond my control as to how the packages are handled by the postal services or the customs.

FOR NON-DELIVERED ITEMS.

 

• Please contact your local postal office about the shipment.
•  I shall also file a claim with service provider through whom the parcel has been sent.
   

RETURNED INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
 

•  If for some reason the package is returned back to me, then there will be additional shipping charges levied again to resend the package.
•  The package will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at the checkout. Please kindly check your address before placing an order as I am not responsible for any undelivered or lost packages because of the wrong address provided by the customer.
• In case if the package is returned to back to me then I could issue a refund minus the shipping if you do not want the package to be resent again.
