Angamardana uses your own body weight and movement and needs no fitness equipment.

Surya Kriya

Surya Kriya is a potent 21-step yogic practice of tremendous antiquity, designed as a holistic process for health, wellness and complete inner wellbeing. Surya Kriya is a complete spiritual process by itself.

Bhuta Shuddhi

Bhuta Shuddhi is a 10 min process. Bhuta Shuddhi means “purification of the five elements” (i.e. earth, water, fire, air and space) which gets to root of imbalances in the body that lead to disease. This simple practice which you can do daily reorganizes your system on the elemental level

Surya Shakti

"Surya" means "Sun,"and "Shakti" means "energy". Surya Shakti is an dynamic form of the Sun Salutation which is an ancient yogic practice with a powerful sequence of 18 postures.

Shanmukhi Mudra

Shanmukhi mudra is a simple but subtle practice that brightens and rejuvenates the face, eyes and brings about a state of balance leading toward increased awareness and meditativeness. 

Mantra Yoga

Known as the universal or basic sound in the existence, AUM is a combination of the three primordial syllables. AUM chanting is a powerful practice that aligns the three fundamental aspects of the system – body, mind and energy – leading to a more profound experience of life.
