Semi Private:Surya Kriya

This is a Semi private class- This class will hold only 2 participants in total, allowing the students to practice in comfort, with out being crowded. This private setting provides a unique opportunity for the students to experience the one on one class, get individual attention, get the practices corrected in detail, learn and understand the practice in depth.  

Surya Kriya is a potent 21- step yogic practice of tremendous antiquity, designed as a holistic process for health and inner well-being. Traditionally available only to select groups of yogis, Surya Kriya is being offered by Sadhguru as a comprehensive spiritual practice that is ideal for the hectic pace of today’s world.
