About the Event
This is a regular class with only 4 students at a time, allowing the students to practice in comfort without being crowded. Angamardana is a series of 31 dynamic processes, rooted in yoga, to invigorate the body and reach peak physical fitness. Angamardana means gaining complete mastery over the limbs, organs and other parts of the body. It needs no fitness equipment.

Attendance for all the 3 sessions are COMPULSORY.
Fee Offering : Early Bird - $350 (Until July 12 th)
Full Fee - $400

Due to the nature of this practices people who fall under any of the categories below can not be eligible to participate at this time.
> Women who are currently pregnant
> Anyone who has had a major surgery in the last 6 months
> Anyone who has had laparoscopic surgery in the last 6 weeks
