Surya Kriya - Fire up the Sun within.

This is a Semi private class- This class will hold only 2 participants in total, allowing the students to practice in comfort, with out being crowded. This private setting provides a unique opportunity for the students to experience the one on one class, get individual attention, learn the practice in depth and to get the practices corrected in detail.

Surya Kriya is a potent 21- step yogic practice of tremendous antiquity, designed as a holistic process for health and inner well-being.
