About the event
Review + corrections class gives you an opportunity not only to review the entire practice but also to get your practice corrected by the teacher individually. Even with months of practice, unknowingly one may be practicing with errors which reduces the impact of the practice. It is very important to do the practices correctly and precisely for maximum benefit. This program is only for those who have completed the Angamardana Program.
This is a very small class allowing the students an unique opportunity to learn and to go over each posture and to get the practices corrected in much detail. This class helps students to minimize making further mistakes and to understand the practice in depth.
