About the event

Angamardana is a series of 31 dynamic processes, rooted in yoga, to invigorate the body and reach peak physical fitness. Angamardana means gaining complete mastery over the limbs, organs and other parts of the body. It needs no fitness equipment.

Attendance for all the 3 sessions is COMPULSORY.

Due to the nature of this practices people who fall under any of the categories below can not be eligible to participate at this time.

> Women who are currently pregnant

> Anyone who has had a major surgery in the last 6 months

> Anyone who has had laparoscopic surgery in the last 6 weeks

> As a general precaution, always consult your doctor before the program.

Program will be held at the Home Space, at 755 E capitol ave, Milpitas

Complete address will be given upon registration.

This is a Semi private class- This class will hold only 2 participants in total, allowing the students to practice in comfort, with out being crowded. This settings enables the students to get individual attention and an opportunity to learn and get the practices corrected in depth .

Note: The venue has only stairs.
